The Bard, and Rann.
Although I am illustrating a (nonconformist) role-playing handbook, I played D&D only a few times over my many years living in close proximity to persons of the geek persuasion.
Recently I took part in an adventure under the mighty guidance of Uri ~
Urikson (the writer of said book) and enjoyed myself immensely.
Interestingly I found myself, much like in the olden days of highschool, sketching while playing. Which, like then, helped me concentrate - and specifically enhanced the experience.
And so I proudly join the many people that draw characters and events from their D&D sessions.
Here featured are my character, a bard which I neglected to name, and one of the evil captains, Rann, a masochistic "shadokai" (something like that).
Perhaps you will see more of this as the adventure continues.
